What counts as an audited line item?
One audited line item equals one line on a CBP Form 7501 (or the equivalent line on your ACE Reports CSV export). Multi-line entries count once per line. The audit engine only meters lines that actually reach the reclassification engine, not rejected uploads or draft entries.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?
You can keep viewing prior audits and running the calculator. New audit ingest returns a 402 Payment Required with an upgrade path. There is no overage billing: you either upgrade to a larger tier or wait until the next billing period.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. All changes flow through Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) with tax handled automatically.
