The subject product is known as Benzamide,4- [(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) amino]-N-(1,1- dimethylethyl) (CAS Number 205492-91-7). It is an intermediate chemical that is used in a manufacturing process for making chemicals. It is a chlorinated triazine compound. The applicable subheading for the Benzamide, 4-[(4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) amino]-N-(1,1-dimethylethyl) (CAS No.205492-91-7) will be 2933.69.6050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Heterocyclic compounds with nitrogen hetero-atom(s) only: Compounds containing an unfused triazine ring (whether or not hydrogenated) in the structure: Other: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be 3.5 percent ad valorem.
