Auto-populated broker scorecards
The broker workspace scores your broker on finding rate, dollar impact, and category concentration as entries flow through. No configuration required.
Auto-populated broker scorecards
Every audited entry gets attributed to the broker who filed it (based on the broker filer code on the 7501 or the equivalent on non-US entries). The broker workspace at /brokers aggregates that attribution into a scorecard: how many entries the broker filed, how many findings the audit engine flagged on their filings, dollar impact of those findings, and the concentration of finding categories (missed preferences, misclassification, duplicate fees).
Scorecards are workspace-scoped. Broker A's scorecard in your workspace shows only the entries your workspace attributed to them, not entries other importers filed with the same broker.
What the scorecard measures
Entries filed. Findings per hundred entries (a normalised rate). Dollar impact of findings, split by lane (PSC, 1520(d), protest, drawback). Category concentration: which finding types dominate this broker's file.
A low findings-per-hundred rate is good. A high concentration of one category (say, missed CUSMA preferences) is a signal for a specific conversation with the broker.
How to read the scorecard
Open /brokers. Click any broker to open their detail view. The detail view groups findings by category and by month, so you can see whether the broker's rate is improving over time.
Compare across brokers by clicking Compare from the header. The compare view puts two brokers side by side on the same metrics.
Using scorecards in broker conversations
Scorecards are meant for the annual broker review, not for finger-pointing. A high finding rate can reflect complex product mix rather than broker error; the CFR-cited findings distinguish the two. The remediation workflow guide walks through how to route findings to a broker as tasks with a clear expected outcome.
Frequently asked questions
Are scorecards visible to the broker
If the broker is a member of your workspace, yes. They see the same scorecard you see. Full transparency is the point.
Can I export a scorecard as PDF
Yes. Every scorecard has an Export PDF button. Useful for broker review meetings.
What counts as an entry
Any entry uploaded to the audit engine with a recognisable filer code. Manual entries without a filer code do not attribute to a broker.
Do scorecards work for non-US brokers
Yes. The equivalent filer identity on EU SAD, UK CDS, CBSA B3, and Mexican Pedimento is captured and attributed the same way.
