Inviting a broker to your org
Invite your customs broker as an org member so they can review findings, generate PSC memos, and run reconciliation without leaving LandedFees.
Inviting a broker to your org
Bring your customs broker into your LandedFees workspace as an org member and they see the same findings, calculations, and entries you do. Broker workspace is available on Growth tier and above. The broker signs in with their own credentials; they never share yours.
LandedFees is broker-neutral. Nothing about inviting a broker changes who files with customs. The broker still files with their own filer code and their own account. The workspace just gives them a shared view of the audit findings.
How to invite a broker
- Open /team.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the broker's work email address.
- Choose a role:
member(standard read and write),admin(add or remove members, manage integrations, rotate API keys), orviewer(read-only). - Optional: leave a note in the invite. Common note: "Filing broker for CBP entries starting Q4 2026."
- Send the invite. The broker receives an email with a signup link.
- When they accept, they land in your workspace with the role you chose.
You can revoke access at any time from the same team page.
Which role to give a broker
For most broker relationships, member is the right choice. It gives the broker read and write on findings, entries, and calculations without letting them add or remove other members or touch billing.
Use admin when the broker's team is going to invite their own colleagues into the workspace and manage integrations. Use viewer when the broker only needs read access, for example to review findings before you file them yourselves.
Broker discovery
Once your broker is inside, the broker workspace panel at /brokers auto-populates with their scorecard as more entries come through. See auto-populated broker scorecards for what the scorecard measures.
Frequently asked questions
Can I invite more than one broker to the same workspace
Yes. Common for larger importers who split filings across brokers by mode of transport or by port. Each broker is a member; the scorecard splits their performance out separately.
Does the broker see my other calculations and entries
Yes. Org membership is workspace-wide. If you need to isolate a broker from certain entries, use a separate workspace, or downgrade to viewer.
What tier do I need for broker workspace
Growth tier and above. Multi-entity and broker workspace are gated together (LFQG-153).
How does the broker file with customs
Exactly how they file today. LandedFees never touches the customs filing account. The engine produces a memo the broker uses inside their own filing tools.
