Run your first customs entry audit
Upload a filed CBP 7501 or another national entry document and let the engine flag overpayments, missed preferences, and misclassifications.
Run your first customs entry audit
The audit engine reads a filed customs entry (CBP Form 7501 in the US, EU SAD, UK CDS declaration, CBSA B3 in Canada, Mexican Pedimento) and re-computes what the duty and fee stack should have been. Any gap between filed and expected surfaces as a finding, with a citation to the underlying rule and a recommended amendment lane.
The Free tier includes three lifetime audits. Uploads never touch your customs broker account and never require a power of attorney.
How to run your first audit
- Open the audit page from the top navigation.
- Drag a filed customs entry into the dropzone. Supported formats: PDF, images (JPG or PNG), Excel, CSV. The parser handles CBP 7501, EU SAD, UK CDS, CBSA B3, and Mexican Pedimento shapes.
- Wait for the deterministic parser to extract the line items. This typically finishes in under thirty seconds.
- Review the extracted lines. Correct any HS code or value the OCR fallback misread.
- Click Audit. The engine re-computes duty and fees per line and returns a findings list with severity, dollar impact, and citation.
- Click any finding to see the underlying rule, the filed value, the expected value, and the recommended amendment lane.
Findings are grouped by lane so you can attack the biggest recoveries first.
What the engine catches
The engine looks for missed FTA preference claims (USMCA, CPTPP, EU-UK TCA, KORUS, GSP, and 40+ more), HTS misclassification against the correct GRI outcome, missed exclusion refunds, duplicate MPF or brokerage fees, incorrect Chapter 99 overlay stacking, and AD/CVD scope errors. Every finding cites the specific regulation or ruling that supports it.
Picking the right amendment lane
The engine routes each finding to the correct lane based on your filing jurisdiction and the age of the entry: Post-Summary Correction (300 days in the US), 1520(d) reconciliation (up to one year for origin), 19 CFR 174 protest (180 days post-liquidation), or duty drawback (five years).
Frequently asked questions
Do you touch my customs broker account
No. LandedFees never logs into your broker portal, never holds power of attorney, and never files anything with customs. We generate a memo you or your broker files.
How accurate is the OCR
Deterministic parsers land the CBP 7501 shape at high accuracy (LFQG-144 shipped the deterministic 7501 parser). Fallback OCR is only used when the deterministic parser cannot lock onto a field. Every extracted line is editable before you audit.
What if my entry is not one of the five supported forms
Use the manual entry form to enter line items by hand. The audit engine treats manual entries the same as parsed uploads.
How long do findings stay in my workspace
Forever. Audits persist for the life of the account, so you can pull an entry back months later when you file the amendment.

Audit
Upload a CBP Form 7501
Drop a filed US CBP Form 7501 into the audit engine. The deterministic parser extracts every line and the engine re-computes the duty and fee stack.
Audit
Reading audit findings and picking an amendment lane
Every audit finding routes to one of four US amendment lanes: PSC (300 days), 1520(d) reconciliation (1 year), 19 CFR 174 protest (180 days post-liquidation), or duty drawback (5 years). Here is how to choose.
