Historical Audit is a one-time retrospective audit of your historical customs entries. Instead of streaming entries through the audit engine one at a time as they file, you hand over a batch of entries covering the last several years and get a consolidated findings report with dollar impacts and amendment-lane recommendations.
Two bundles are available as one-time purchases. Business tier annual signup includes the Business bundle at no additional cost.
Starter bundle
2,500 USD, one-time. Covers up to 10,000 historical entry lines. Right shape for a small importer with two to three years of history.
Business bundle
9,000 USD, one-time. Covers up to 200,000 historical entry lines and includes broker scorecard analysis plus supplier intelligence. Right shape for a mid-market importer with five or more years of history and multiple brokers. Included with Business annual signup at no additional cost.
Growth bundle
4,500 USD, one-time. Covers up to 50,000 lines. Sits between Starter and Business.
What you get
A consolidated findings report grouped by amendment lane, by finding category, and by dollar impact. For US entries: PSC, 1520(d), protest, and drawback candidates listed separately with statutory-window countdowns. For non-US entries: the equivalent national lanes.
Broker scorecard analysis (Business bundle only) attributes findings by filer code so you can identify which broker's filings need the most attention. Supplier intelligence (Business bundle only) groups findings by supplier ID so you can spot systemic origin or classification errors upstream.
Frequently asked questions
How do I hand over the historical entries
Either drop a batch of PDFs into the Historical Audit page, or push the entries via SFTP. Both flows land the entries in the queue and start the retrospective run.
What formats are accepted
CBP 7501 PDF, ACE JSON export, EU SAD PDF, UK CDS JSON export, CBSA B3 PDF or CARM export, Mexican Pedimento PDF or SAT XML. Same shapes as the streaming audit engine.
Are unused lines refunded
No. Bundles are one-time purchases sized for the scope of work. Sizing help is available before purchase; contact support.
