Sign up and verify your email
A LandedFees account takes about a minute to create. Enter your work email on the signup page, receive a verification link, click it, and your workspace is provisioned on the Free tier with three lifetime audits included. No credit card is asked for at signup, and no phone number is collected.
The Free tier is enough to run one live calculation, upload one customs entry, and see what the audit engine flags. Upgrade to Pro when you need the 4th audit, bulk uploads, or broker workspace features.
How to sign up
- Go to Sign up and enter your work email address.
- Choose a password of at least twelve characters. LandedFees does not accept passwords under twelve characters.
- Submit the form. A verification email is sent from
noreply@landedfees.com. - Open the email within one hour and click the verification link. Links expire after one hour for security.
- You will land on the dashboard. Your first workspace, called a personal org, is already created.
- Optional: rename the workspace from Settings if you plan to invite teammates later.
If you never receive the email, check spam, then request a resend from the login screen. The link is one-time use.
What you get on the Free tier
The Free tier includes unlimited access to the marketing calculator at /calculator, three lifetime audits at /audit, and read access to CROSS ruling and tariff research pages. It does not include bulk uploads, API access, or the broker workspace.
Upgrade paths and prices are on the pricing page. Free lasts until you consume your three lifetime audits, at which point you are prompted to upgrade or downgrade to read-only.
Verification troubleshooting
If the verification link says expired, request a new one from the login screen and click it within the hour. If the link says already used, you are already verified. Log in normally.
If the email never arrives, add noreply@landedfees.com to your allow list and try the resend button. Corporate mail filters occasionally drop verification links.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up
No. Free tier is card-free. A card is only requested when you upgrade to Pro or higher, at which point you go through Dodo Payments checkout.
Can I sign up with a Google account
Not yet. Email plus password is the only signup method. SSO is a Business tier feature and is set up through Settings, not at signup.
Is there a trial for paid tiers
Paid tiers are backed by a fourteen-day money-back guarantee rather than a time-boxed trial. Cancel inside fourteen days for a full refund.
Where do the verification emails come from
They come from noreply@landedfees.com with LandedFees as the display name. Delivery is via a transactional email provider, not a marketing sender.
